This week my review is about Rajaa Al-Sanea’s novel “Girls of Riyadh”. From time to time you’ll find out about interesting books I’m reading or read. Go to Book of words (or click on top of this page) to read the full article about this amazing book written by a Saudi young girl and how she lets us know about her veiled society and the concerns of four upper class young women. Feel free to comment and suggest other titles. Enjoy it!

Oh, fun coincidence. The friend I went to the chalet with was reading this exact same book!
Sounds very interesting indeed.! What do we know about those “veiled societies” – apart from a bunch of cliches? Me, personally, almost nothing. I think I would like to read that book.
